Does the ice bath have a valve at the bottom to empty?

Yes there is a tap attached on the side at the bottom and there is also a plug in the floor you can pull for faster draining

How do I clean and maintain the Recovery Tub?

Our tub requires very little maintenance. We recommend changing the water every 7 days or as preferred. Water cleanliness can be extended by using water stabilizers or treatments such as hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, or UV purifier. You can clean your Ice Barrel using your preferred soap or detergent.

What temperature do you recommend?

We recommend starting out at around 15°C if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get accumulated to the cold.

How portable is the tub?

Very! The tub packs down into a small box with an included carry handle. The dimensions are 67 x 25 x 12 cm and total weight of 3kg.
